Our Story and Company Background

Restoration Solutions was started in 2009, spun off from a large flooring sales and installation company that focused on the New Homebuilder market. Once the Restoration Solutions found its footing as an independent company, we have not looked back. Serving as a water damage and floor cleaning company to the New Homebuilder and Property Management marketplace, Restoration Solutions demonstrated consistent year over year growth from 2009-2013. In 2014, Restoration Solutions was sold to its current owner, Tyler Otto.

In 2014, Restoration Solutions took off under new ownership and management and has carried on the same trend of growth. With careful thought and great employees, Restoration Solutions expanded into a full-service property Restoration Company in the fall of 2014. Leaning on our team’s previous Water, Fire, and Construction experience Restoration Solutions has experienced tremendous growth. We are proud to still call many of DFW’s premiere Homebuilders and Property Management companies our customers and have been fortunate to extend these services to our customer base. Additionally, we participate in five TPA programs and are a preferred vendor to 20+ individual insurance carrier’s in the DFW market. We are also proud to call several school district and private institutions customers, serving their property restoration needs.
